Mr. Kanazawa, who is the founder of Daisho Shokuhin Co.,Ltd. (Established in 1966)
was running a little BBQ shop in a town of Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.
His shop was well known to the neighbors, by the unforgettable taste
of his self-made BBQ sauce.
The soy sauce based sweet and rich flavor was loved by wide range of people
