Dec 1966 Daisho Shokuhin Co., Ltd. established for the manufacture and sale of yakiniku seasoning and other food products (paid-in capital: 1,500 thousand yen)
Main office and plant facilities located in Hakozaki-maekawacho, Fukuoka-city.
Beginning of Yakiniku Ichiban sauce production.
May 1968 Beginning of production and sales of Aji Shio-Kosho salt-pepper seasoning.
Apr 1970 Fukuoka business office opened.
Nagoya business office opened.
Apr 1973 Osaka business office opened.
Apr 1974 Main plant facility relocated to Sharyo, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka-city.
Jun Main office relocated to Sharyo, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka-city.
Sept Sendai business office opened.
Oct 1975 Tokyo business office opened.
Apr 1977 Kagoshima business office opened.

Sept 1989 Kanto Factory NO.1 constructed and placed into operation in Higashi-ibaragi-gun (pres.Omitama-city), Ibaraki.
Dec 1991 Beginning of production and sales of Motsu Nabe Soup.
Feb 1992 Beginning of production and sales of Majuan.
Aug 1993 Aji Shio-Kosho trademark registered.
Apr 1994 Company name changed to Daisho Co., Ltd.
Sept Beginning of production and sales of Kimuchi Nabe Soup.
Oct 1995 Tokyo Head Office Building newly constructed in Sumida-ku, Tokyo.
Jan 1996 Dual head office structure adopted with creation of Tokyo Head Office in Sumida-ku, Tokyo and Fukuoka Head office in Higashi-ku, Fukuoka.
Feb Main office registered in Sumida-ku, Tokyo.
Apr 1997 Company stock registered for trading over the counter.
Capital increased to 809 million yen.
May 2000 Fukuoka Factory HACCP certified.
Nov Company stock listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange, Section 2.
Apr 2001 Kanto Factory expanded and consolidated with Factory No. 2.
Jun Adoption of three-headquarters structure comprising a sales, manufacturing, and management headquarters.
Sep Beginning of production and sales of Barley Leaf Aojiru.
Mar 2002 Beginning of production and sales of instant gem series.
Apr Branch system introduced.
Feb 2003 International Sales Department opened.
May Kanto Factory HACCP certified.
Apr 2004 Fukuoka Factory No. 2 built and placed into operation.
Apr 2005 Online Sales Department newly opened.
Jan 2006 Adoption of four-headquarters structure including a merchandise headquarter,
promoted from a merchandise division.
Apr Creation of Food Service Sales divisions in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka.
Business offices opened on all the branch sites.
Feb 2007 Kobe Business Office upgraded to a branch office
Mar Monde selection Silver Medal 2007 awarded. (easy to drink Barley Leaf Aojiru)
Oct Metropolitan area Sales Department opened.
Apr 2008 Corporate Planning Department and Metropolitan Area Sales Department No. 5 Sales Division opened.
Jun Monde Selection Gold Medal 2008 awarded (a fine smooth Aojiru made with 5 different types of vegetables).
Jul 2010 Fukuoka Factory, Fukuoka No. 2 Factory and Kanto Factory certified to ISO22000.
Nov Saitama Branch opened.
Oct 2011 Kansai Sales Department newly opened.
Kobe Branch consolidated with Osaka Branch and Osaka Branch opened.
Jun 2012 Wide area Sales Department newly opened.
Dec 2012 kyush Factory constructed and placed into operation in Kasuya-gun,Fukuoka.
Jul 2013 Kyusyu Factory certified to FSSC22000.
Jun 2014 Kanto Factory certified to FSSC22000.
Jul 2016 Fukuoka Factory & Fukuoka Factory No.2 certified to FSSC22000.
